Survival is that genre of video games in which the player has to look after his\her character's hunger,thirst,sleep etc.In different games , the player has to keep different needs in mind.Some survival games allow the player to unleash their mind's creativity.These games often include a large number of buildings, weapons, tools etc. The survival normally also includes fighting off the offsprings of some apocalypse, disease or any other anomaly.

People's Liking Of Survival Games

People like survival games for two main reasons.These are that there are things to be constructed.Wealth of development and creation of weapons and tools are the second thing that lure the players towards survival game.However,there are those survival games as well that do not have many constructions or weapons.These games require the players to use their mind to think their way out of  difficult situations.'The Long Dark' is an example of games which do not have much construction but are fun to play, just the same.'The Forest' is an example of survival games that have many things to offer.These include construction of large fortresses as well as weapons like bows and arrows, spears, clubs etc.Then there are those online survival games  which players play against each other.'Rust' is an example of such games.This game has a lot up it's sleeve,Players can build Forts and weapons such as rocket launchers, rifles, sniper rifles, sub-machine guns and pistols etc.These were games with 3D graphics but 2D graphic games still have a lot of juice in them.Games like 'Rim-World' are games which have a lot of potential.'Metal Gear Survive' is an example of survival games which are a blend of survival and action.This game is a survival game that has the players working hard to maintain levels of hunger, thirst, oxygen etc while fighting off hordes of enemies.All of the above mentioned games are a must for survival game fans.
